Heya 2010!

Hi family and friends! Well I figure since it has been a year since we last posted, it is about dang time! Here it is: Nick graduated in May with a B.S. in Accountancy from BSU, and is now working for a national top 25 public accounting firm here in Boise called Eide Bailly. He loves it and is happy with what he’s doing. He gets to travel but not too much. Ryan and I are stellar as well! I am signed up to take online classes in astronomy and psychology just for fun! And I need to get some canvas to start painting again. Ryan has become a fun loving and kind-hearted almost-3-year-old. My background in child development has been very helpful and useful in raising him to be the best he can be. It surprises us how smart he is. He knows all his colors, shapes, numbers (English and Spanish), songs, ABCs, etc. It is so fun to watch how curiosity about the world captivates him. We are so in love with him! Hehe. Nick’s sister-in-law Heidi is now living with us as we are home certified to take care of her. She also helps us by helping watching Ryan and cooking us her amazing gourmet meals when she is feeling well. We love our new house and the neighbors in our cul de sac. It is now a home! Thanks to Nick’s parents, we have a beautiful garden all around our house; I’ve learned so much about flowers and plants and trees. I have recovered well from my third back surgery (spinal fusion), but my back problems still continue to cause problems. But it could be so much worse, so we must count our blessings. We are excited for the good weather so we can go camping, start bbq-ing, and go roadtripping to various places! We are thankful to have you as our friend/friends and wish you the best that life can bring! Peace, love, rock n roll! :-D
